Peppermint essential oil has cooling, stimulating action and is steam distilled from the leaves. The oil has a sharp odor that’s cool and refreshing.

It is great for encouraging mental clarity, clearing congestion and is cooling on the skin. Peppermint should be used with care, as there is a fine line between its cooling and warming/burning effect.
